Why take a class?

These classes can be group of private lessons and are flexible around your schedule. Having access to Childbirth education classes increases confidence for labor and birth, improves communication with the healthcare team, decreases need for medication during labor, and increase overall satisfaction with birth. All teaching come from evidence-based platforms. As the instructor I remain unbiased and present you with all your options to create a birth experience you would love to remember.

In-Person Classes

  • $150 - 2 hours

    Join me for this comprehensive class where we go through each stage and phase of labor, intervention and augmentation of labor, coping skills, positions, breathing techniques, and consent. We also cover where to go when its time with a brief review of your hospital and what to bring.

  • $100 - 2 hours

    Come along to basic training where we will learn everything there is to know about babies. From spit up, to bath time and all the poopy diapers in between. We cover breastfeeding basics and the period of purple crying as well as the 5 S’s to calm a crying baby.

  • $225 - 3 hours

    A condensed Class for your scheduling convenience with all of the same great information you’d receive in the Labor and Delivery 101 class and the New Baby Basics class.

  • $100 - 1 hour
